Join Our Sky-High Family: Cabin Crew at Copa Airlines, Panama!

Have you ever imagined your office soaring above the clouds, with a view of the vibrant region we call home? Copa Airlines is looking for warm, energetic, and service-driven individuals to join our Cabin Crew team based in Panama. If you genuinely enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in being part of a close-knit team, this could be the start of an incredible journey.

What It Means to Fly with Us?

At Copa, safety isn't just a priority—it's our foundation. As a Cabin Crew member, you'll be the reassuring presence that passengers look to from the moment they step onboard. Your most important responsibility is keeping everyone safe while handling any situation that arises with empathy, patience, and genuine kindness. Beyond safety, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere that turns a routine flight into a positive memory. Our passengers return to us because of crew members like you—people who understand that warmth, connection, and a smile make all the difference.

Each flight operates with a team of four Cabin Crew members, working together to ensure a comfortable and secure experience across our network in the Americas. This role asks for physical energy, quick thinking, and a genuine love for serving others. No two flights are ever the same, and that's exactly what makes this work so rewarding.

    Are You a Good Fit?

We're looking for people who bring the right mix of professionalism, personality, and physical capability. Here's what you'll need to join our team:

    • Be of legal age (at least 18 years old).
    • Have a true passion for customer service—helping others comes naturally to you.
    • Enjoy working as part of a dynamic, supportive team.
    • Speak advanced conversational English with confidence.
    • Maintain a professional, polished appearance.
    • Be in good overall health.
    • Achieve a standing barefoot hand reach of at least 1.94 meters (6'4")—this allows you to safely access emergency equipment and operate aircraft doors.
    • Have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally, working rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
    • Have no visible tattoos on your head, neck, ears, or hands while wearing the Copa uniform.

What to Expect During Our Selection Process

Copa Airlines takes the time to truly get to know each candidate. We want to understand your skills, your service mindset, and your readiness for this unique career. Our thorough process includes:

    • In-person interviews where we learn about you and your motivations.
    • An English language evaluation to confirm your conversational abilities.
    • A health assessment to ensure you're physically prepared for the role.
    • Successful completion of our Cabin Crew training program, which runs for 45 days and equips you with everything you need to excel.

Ready to Join Our Sky-High Family?

If you're ready to bring your energy, empathy, and professionalism to one of the leading airlines in Latin America, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and take the first step toward a career that's anything but ordinary.
