Your journey begins with our renowned 6.5-week Initial Training in Houston, TX, where you'll master United's safety and service standards. Upon successful completion, you'll be assigned to a base at one of our key hubs, such as Chicago (ORD), Newark (EWR), or Washington Dulles (IAD). While we provide a weekly stipend, hotel accommodations, and meals during training, please note that relocation to your assigned base is your responsibility.

What You Bring?
We value diverse backgrounds and a genuine passion for service. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (some college is a plus).
- Possess at least one year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, education, or a similar field.
- Be fluent in English—and fluent in Hebrew (spoken, read, and written).
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to our grooming standards, including uniform and tattoo guidelines (visible tattoos are permitted only if they are smaller than a credit card and are not offensive).
- Have a valid U.S. or foreign passport with at least 18 months validity and the ability to travel globally without restrictions.
- Meet all physical requirements, including the ability to lift heavy objects, push a beverage cart, and pass a functional reach test.
- Successfully complete a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and vision/hearing tests.
