Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or sales (mandatory)
- Reside in Santiago (Chile) or Lima (Peru) (mandatory)
- Completed secondary education in Chile or technical/vocational studies in Peru (mandatory)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and motivation to make air travel accessible to everyone
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the aviation industry or customer service
- Fluency in English is a plus
