We’re inviting passionate, service-minded individuals from Santiago and Puerto Montt to join the SKY Cabin Crew Academy, a training program designed especially for those who dream of working in the sky but haven’t yet earned their cabin crew license or flight experience.
Through this hands-on training, you’ll learn everything you need to know about safety, service, and teamwork — and you’ll have the chance to earn your official Cabin Crew License. Depending on your performance and available openings, you could continue on to join our team of SKY Cabin Crew Members and begin your professional flying career.
What You’ll Need to Join the Program?
To start your journey with SKY, you’ll need to have completed your secondary education and be ready for a dynamic work schedule that includes rotating shifts and flexible hours. You should also have at least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales, and live in or near Santiago, Puerto Montt, or Puerto Varas.
Our selection process includes psychological and professional interviews, a meeting with our Cabin Crew Leaders, and a pre-employment medical evaluation — including standard alcohol and drug testing. Most importantly, we’re looking for people with motivation, empathy, and a genuine passion for making air travel accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
