As a Cabin Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers onboard. Additionally, you will provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering consistent, efficient, courteous, and prompt in-flight service that upholds the airline's brand standards.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess five (5) CSEC/CXC or GCE Ordinary level passes, including English and Mathematics, or a high school diploma from an accredited institution. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required, along with proven competency in Spanish or French. Applicants should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, as well as two (2) years of customer service experience. A valid First Aid Certificate from a recognized institution is mandatory, along with a valid Flight Attendant Swimming Certificate or a Level IV Swimming Certificate from a recognized swimming school. Candidates must measure a minimum height of 5' 3" (without shoes) and a maximum of 6' 2" (with shoes), with weight proportionate to height. Proof of citizenship and possession of a Barbados/CARICOM passport are also required.
