Description
Avianca is hiring Cabin Crew for the El Salvador station.
As a member of the Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures, aeronautical regulations, onboard service, and company policies to promote a safe, efficient, and comfortable operation in the passenger cabin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the procedures outlined in the Cabin Crew Manual, including briefing, reading the latest circulars and bulletins, updating documentation, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining personal presentation standards.
- Execute operating and service procedures on board as defined in the manuals, ensuring decision-making under normal, contingency, and emergency conditions, prioritizing safety while delivering excellent onboard service to create memorable travel experiences and build passenger loyalty.
- Identify and report any findings, non-conformities, or opportunities for improvement in operational, safety, and onboard service processes related to Cabin Crew through the channels provided by the company.
- Report any new developments, anomalies, incidents, and inconsistencies to the Cabin Chief, ensuring proper documentation in the cabin maintenance book and flight report to guarantee the smooth operation of the flight.
- Execute onboard sales as per company guidelines and established procedures.
Requirements
- Academic training: Technician, technologist, or professional in tourism, hotel, administrative, and/or related careers.
- Work experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service (desirable).
- Language: English B2.
