Safety & Compliance: Our Highest Priority
- Conduct thorough pre-flight briefings and meticulously review all safety circulars and updates, ensuring you are always prepared.
- Confidently execute all safety and emergency procedures outlined in the Cabin Crew Manual, protecting our passengers and crew under any circumstance.
- Perform detailed cabin checks and report any maintenance issues or inconsistencies to the Purser, ensuring every aircraft meets our strict safety standards before takeoff.
Service & Connection: Creating Loyal Travelers
- Deliver the exceptional, empathetic service Avianca is known for, anticipating needs and ensuring every passenger feels valued and comfortable.
- Execute onboard service procedures with grace, from meal service to ensuring cabin cleanliness, creating a pleasant and memorable travel experience.
- Engage with passengers genuinely, building loyalty through your attentive and caring approach.
Operational Excellence: Your Eye for Detail
- Be our eyes and ears in the cabin, proactively identifying and reporting any opportunities to improve our safety or service processes.
- Accurately complete all required flight documentation and reports to ensure a seamless operation for every flight.
- Efficiently manage onboard sales and transactions in accordance with company procedures.

- Education: A degree or technical certification in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or service industries are a great fit!).
- Languages: Strong English skills (Level B2 or higher) to connect with our diverse global passengers.
- Location: You must reside in or be willing to relocate to San Salvador, El Salvador.
- The Right Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor, incredible resilience, and a genuine desire to serve others.
