Description
As an Experienced Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for carrying out safety, first aid, and security procedures to the highest standard. You will act as our brand ambassador, providing genuine, personal experiences to all customers. Your role will focus on delivering service excellence, creating memorable inflight experiences, and consistently exceeding customer expectations. You will attend to customers' needs in a caring and professional manner, while embracing diversity and being especially thoughtful and caring to customers who need extra help. As part of a culturally diversified team, you will contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment, adapting to various situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility. Additionally, you will uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or higher. Should be proficient in both written and spoken English, and at least one of the following additional languages: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or Sinhala. Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an added advantage. Good communication skills are essential, along with a minimum arm reach of 208cm on tiptoe. Applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year of flight attendant experience with any airline. Previous experience in an airline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.
