Your Role: More Than a Flight, It's an Experience
As Air Arabia cabin crew, you are far more than a service provider; you are the vital link in our commitment to safety, comfort, and memorable travel. From the pre-flight briefing to the final goodbye, your focus is on creating a positive, secure, and welcoming environment for every passenger. You will be an integral part of a close-knit onboard team, responsible for ensuring safety procedures are seamlessly followed while delivering attentive and cheerful service that turns first-time flyers into loyal guests.
A Day in Your Flying Life: Key Responsibilities:
- Being our brand ambassador from the moment you report for duty, ensuring impeccable grooming, punctuality, and readiness for your assigned flight.
- Conducting comprehensive pre-flight safety and supply checks, and providing clear, reassuring safety demonstrations to passengers.
- Offering exceptional and personalized customer service, assisting with individual needs, and managing any in-flight requests with patience and a smile.
- Proactively identifying and assisting passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulties, following our established care procedures.
- Contributing to our onboard experience by promoting our catering and duty-free offerings, as well as participating in our "Charity Cloud" program.
- Ensuring all post-flight procedures, including reports and cabin handovers, are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously developing your expertise by participating in all required recurrent safety, emergency, and service training.
Do You Have the Qualities We Seek?
We are looking for individuals who embody our values of professionalism, warmth, and initiative.
To qualify, you must meet these essential criteria:
- Age: Between 20-29 for non-experienced crew, and up to 33 years for experienced crew.
- Height & Appearance: Minimum 160 cm (Female) / 170 cm (Male), with weight proportionate to height. Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while in uniform.
- Health & Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew duties, and able to swim with a flotation device.
- Education: Minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism or related field is advantageous.
- Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written), with strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Attitude: Presentable, customer-focused, proactive, and a true team player who remains positive and calm under pressure.
We highly value:
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in aviation/hospitality customer service.
- An active cabin crew license.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures.
- Fluency in additional languages.
