Luxaviation UK is looking for a polished, self-sufficient, and experienced Inflight Service Provider to join our Flight Operations team. This position is based out of vibrant Istanbul, operating on a 16 days on, 14 days off rotation—giving you both the thrill of private aviation and the balance of a predictable schedule.

What You'll Be Doing Onboard and On the Ground?
As our Inflight Service Provider, you'll be the person who makes every journey feel effortless and luxurious for our VIP clients. Your responsibilities go far beyond standard service—you'll be the guardian of the aircraft's presentation, the curator of exceptional dining experiences, and the quiet professional who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Here's a closer look at what your days will involve:
- Managing every phase of the VIP experience—from meticulous pre-flight preparation to graceful post-flight wrap-up.
- Taking full ownership of aircraft cleanliness, including the cabin, galley, and bathrooms, ensuring every surface is spotless and inviting.
- Planning and preparing exquisite five-star menus, working within the charter budget while never compromising on quality or presentation.
- Handling all aspects of dining—from food and beverage selection to elegant table presentation that wows clients.
- Completing and handing over all cabin-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Overseeing aircraft upkeep, including restocking supplies and maintaining the overall condition of the interior.
- Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene and grooming standards, proudly wearing your Luxaviation uniform at all times.
- Keeping your personal documents current and valid—passport, visa, medical certificate, crew ID, and vaccinations.
- Applying deep knowledge of VIP etiquette, protocol, and discretion in every client interaction.
- Understanding and following all internal and external regulations and procedures that apply to your role.
