Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Host, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every flight is special and meticulously planned down to the finest details, creating a unique home-away-from-home experience that our customers love. Each Vista America elite Cabin Host is dedicated to delivering a tailored and unparalleled service, curating an exceptional inflight experience for ultra-high-net-worth clientele aboard private, high-end aircraft. This role requires world-class hospitality, keen attention to detail, and a natural ability to anticipate the needs of VIP passengers.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be truly passionate about delivering exceptional service, ensuring every detail is taken care of to create unique customer experiences. They should be warm, friendly, and approachable at all times, with high levels of spoken and written English. Proven experience and confidence in working with high-net-worth individuals in a luxury hospitality environment are required, along with experience in 5-star hospitality, fine dining, luxury yachts, or premium first-class settings. A passion for delivering unparalleled service with grace and a servant-hearted approach is essential. The candidate must be able to work a 15/13 days off rotation and must have the right to live and work in the US, with unrestricted travel in and out of the country.
