Life as Ryanair Cabin Crew is exciting and full of variety, but it's also a commitment. Safety is our absolute priority, followed by delivering efficient, friendly service. You'll need to be adaptable and energetic, as our operation runs from early mornings until late nights. Shifts can start as early as 5:00 AM and finish around midnight. If you're not a morning person, this role might not be for you—but if you love a challenge and bring loads of positive energy, you'll find it incredibly rewarding.

What You Bring to the Tarmac?
We're looking for people with the right attitude and a passion for service. The key requirements are:
- The unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland, with the freedom to travel across the Ryanair network.
- Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- The ability to swim 25 metres unaided and to support another person in the water.
- An outgoing, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including early starts and late finishes.
- Strong customer service orientation and a real enjoyment in working with the public.
- Comfort speaking and writing in English (you will need to pass a mandatory language assessment as part of your application).
- A genuine passion for travel, new experiences, and meeting people from all walks of life.
