    Description

Becoming part of the Ryanair Cabin Crew team means joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your career can take flight. From your very first day, you’ll be welcomed into a culture that supports growth and ambition — whether you want to advance to Cabin Supervisor, manage an entire base, or eventually lead inflight operations. The possibilities are as open as the skies you’ll be flying.

You don’t need any previous cabin crew experience — our training programme covers everything you need to know to keep passengers safe and deliver a memorable onboard service. Once you successfully complete it, you’ll receive your official Cabin Crew Wings and be ready to start your journey in the air.

This is a demanding yet rewarding role. Early mornings, late evenings, and long days are part of the lifestyle, with shifts starting as early as 5 a.m. and finishing close to midnight. If you’re not a fan of early starts, this might not suit you. But if you’re full of energy, love working with people, and thrive in an energetic setting, you’ll fit right in.

    Bases: Dublin, Cork or Shannon
