What You’ll Be Doing?
As Cabin Crew, you’ll be the face of Ryanair — ensuring every passenger enjoys a comfortable, safe, and welcoming journey. You’ll handle onboard service, assist customers throughout the flight, and play an essential role in maintaining safety standards. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced role that’s both rewarding and challenging.
About You
We’re looking for people who are positive, energetic, and enjoy working with others. You’ll need to be adaptable and confident in handling busy flights and varied schedules. Morning flights can mean reporting as early as 5 a.m., and some rosters may end close to midnight — so flexibility is key.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for people and great customer service
- A flexible, upbeat, and can-do attitude
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to work a rotating roster with early and late shifts
