What You'll Bring to the Sky?
In this role, you are the face of warmth and safety in the air. Your primary mission is to ensure every passenger feels secure, cared for, and genuinely welcomed from boarding to disembarkation. You'll work seamlessly with your team to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism, creating a friendly, joyful atmosphere that turns a simple flight into the first chapter of a great holiday.
Are You the Right Fit?
To embark on this journey with us, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a Turkish citizen with a valid Turkish passport, or hold dual nationality.
- Possess at least a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate (minimum 10 years of education).
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in an additional language such as German, Persian, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, or Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Meet specific height and proportionate weight requirements:
- Female candidates: Minimum 160cm, able to reach 212cm on tiptoes; maximum height 180cm.
- Male candidates: Minimum 170cm, maximum height 185cm.
- Be a competent swimmer.
- Obtain a valid Cabin Crew Medical Report from an authorized Aviation Medical Center.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (coverings are not permitted).
- Be a current resident of Antalya or willing to relocate there.
