What You'll Be Doing: Creating Seamless Moments for Global Travelers
As our F&B Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest journey within the terminal. From preparing beautifully presented refreshments to serving with warmth and professionalism, you ensure that every traveler feels welcomed and well cared for. Your work directly contributes to the refined, quiet luxury that defines the Jetex experience.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Each day brings new guests and fresh opportunities to shine. Here's what you'll focus on:
- Preparing and serving food and beverages that meet Jetex's high standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene—every time
- Reviewing daily flight schedules so you're always one step ahead, anticipating arrivals and departures
- Stepping in at the Bell Desk or Reception when needed, offering a helpful and professional presence to guests and colleagues alike
- Responding to guest requests, questions, and special needs quickly and genuinely
- Knowing the menu and terminal services inside and out, ready to offer thoughtful explanations or recommendations
- Working closely with your team during busy moments to keep service smooth and guests happy
- Delivering service that is efficient yet unobtrusive, following the standards set by your Supervisor or Manager
- Keeping your service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout your shift
- Handling everything from setup and display to clearing, cleaning, and general service tasks
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and letting management know when supplies are running low
- Communicating clearly with colleagues and other departments so service stays consistent
- Reporting guest feedback, incidents, or any issues to your Supervisor, and completing the necessary paperwork
- Distributing guest surveys to help us continuously improve our service quality
- Taking on additional duties as your Line Manager may request—flexibility is key in our dynamic environment

Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or a professional qualification from a recognized institute
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong customer-facing background
- Previous experience in a hotel or a high-level food and beverage setting is essential

- A good command of English, both spoken and written
- A natural talent for excellent customer service
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and basic database management
