- Anticipate the Flow: Review daily flight schedules to proactively prepare for arrivals and departures, ensuring everything is ready at the right moment.
- Be a Welcoming Presence: Step in at the Bell Desk or Reception when needed, offering a warm and professional greeting to guests, visitors, and colleagues alike.
- Respond with Care: Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special needs promptly and thoughtfully—always with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Know Your Craft: Maintain strong familiarity with our menu offerings and terminal services, confidently answering questions and offering recommendations.
- Support Seamless Service: Jump in during busy periods to assist colleagues, ensuring the service flow remains smooth and unhurried for guests.
- Maintain an Impeccable Environment: Keep service areas clean, organized, and beautifully presented throughout all operations.
- Monitor and Communicate: Keep an eye on stock levels, report shortages promptly, and maintain open communication with your team and other departments.
- Contribute to Growth: Distribute guest surveys to help us continually refine our service, and report any feedback or incidents to your Supervisor.
What We're Looking For?
We are seeking someone who combines professionalism with genuine hospitality instincts. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Educational Foundation: A High School diploma or Professional Qualification from a recognized institute.
- Proven Experience: 1-2 years in hospitality, with a strong background in customer-facing roles. Experience in a hotel or high-end F&B environment is essential.
