Requirements
The successful candidate must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have a secondary or vocational education. Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English at a good conversational level is required, with additional languages considered a plus. Candidates should have a presentable appearance and excellent health. Strong communication skills, high empathy, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to handle stress are essential. While previous experience in the service industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. The minimum height requirement is 170 cm for men and 165 cm for women. Applicants must include a full-length photo in their resume, submitted as a single file.
