Lufthansa City Airlines is looking for a Supervision Flight Attendant (SFA) based in Munich. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals to take on a leadership role in the cabin. As an SFA, you will represent the leadership team on board, demonstrating hospitality, open-mindedness, and a pragmatic approach. You will lead by example, take responsibility, and foster a positive and team-oriented atmosphere throughout the flight.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have at least a secondary school diploma (minimum high school diploma with 2 years of professional experience) or completed vocational training. They must possess excellent language skills in German and English (minimum B2 level) and have a minimum of 24 months of flight experience. Experience in a shared leadership system, or leadership/training experience in the cabin crew area is required. The candidate must hold a valid passport and a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA). They should always be mindful of their appearance and able to adapt their behavior to meet the expectations of guests. Good health, including a positive medical flight fitness examination, and a positive reliability check are necessary. The candidate must also be able to swim confidently and have their own mobile phone with a phone contract.

The employment contract and full base salary are paid from day one, including during training.
