    What You’ll Do?

    As a Thrive Cabin Attendant, you’ll be the face of our inflight experience and a trusted partner to both our passengers and flight crews. From the moment guests step on board, you’ll ensure they feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. You’ll manage every aspect of inflight service—from catering and presentation to safety and cabin readiness—while maintaining absolute discretion and professionalism.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing the aircraft before each departure, ensuring it’s spotless, well-stocked, and ready to impress
    • Welcoming passengers onboard and assisting with seating, luggage, and personal needs throughout the flight
    • Planning, sourcing, and serving meals and beverages that reflect a luxury standard of service
    • Maintaining inventory, catering coordination, and sourcing new onboard items for aircraft acquisitions
    • Assuring compliance with all FAA regulations and safety procedures while confidently leading in any emergency situation
    • Working closely with flight crews and management to deliver a seamless experience
    • Protecting the confidentiality of passenger details, itineraries, and company operations

    This role is Las Vegas-based, with a flexible schedule that may include overnights, weekends, and holidays depending on flight operations and client needs.


    What You’ll Bring?

    We’re looking for someone with a proven background in high-end hospitality or luxury guest services who thrives under pressure and understands the unique demands of private aviation.

    • 3–5 years of luxury guest service experience required (aviation, fine dining, five-star hotels, or similar)
    • Prior safety or corporate cabin training strongly preferred
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with passengers and crew
    • A polished, professional presence with a warm and approachable demeanor
    • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute schedule changes and extended trips
    • Ability to comfortably work in the cabin environment for long hours and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
