Thrive Aviation is Hiring Cabin Attendants

At Thrive Aviation, our Cabin Attendants bring the heart of hospitality to every journey. They’re more than crew members — they’re the warm, professional presence that turns each flight into a memorable experience. If you take pride in creating comfort, delivering luxury service, and anticipating every need before it’s spoken, we’d love to have you on our team.

    About the Role

As a Cabin Attendant with Thrive Aviation, you’ll ensure our guests receive seamless, world-class service from boarding to touchdown. You’ll manage every detail of the cabin experience — from elegant meal presentation to maintaining a pristine environment — all while upholding the highest standards of safety and discretion. You’ll be trusted to represent our brand on flights that span across the country and beyond, always bringing professionalism and warmth to the skies.

    What You’ll Do?

    • Welcome passengers with genuine hospitality and ensure their comfort throughout each flight
    • Plan, order, and serve meals and beverages with exceptional attention to detail
    • Maintain cabin cleanliness before, during, and after every trip, ensuring the aircraft remains in immaculate condition
    • Assist with luggage handling, onboard organization, and passenger requests
    • Manage cabin inventory and coordinate procurement for new aircraft acquisitions
    • Ensure full compliance with FAA and company regulations
    • Protect passenger privacy and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
    • Adapt to dynamic schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips
    • Support crew coordination and communicate clearly with flight teams and operations staff

    What You Bring?

    • 3–5 years of premium guest service experience in private aviation, luxury hospitality, or high-end service environments
    • Professional training in inflight service, safety, or emergency procedures (preferred)
    • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with passengers and colleagues
    • The ability to perform confidently under pressure, multitask, and deliver consistently exceptional service
    • Flexibility to travel on short notice and adjust to changing itineraries
    • A high level of poise, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions

    Physical Expectations

This role requires energy, mobility, and adaptability. You’ll spend much of your time in the aircraft cabin — standing, walking, or assisting passengers for extended periods. You should be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and working in confined spaces for the duration of flights.

Why You’ll Love Working with Thrive Aviation?

At Thrive Aviation, we believe that great service starts with great people. You’ll be part of a close-knit, passionate team that values trust, respect, and a shared dedication to excellence. Our Cabin Attendants enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where no two days are ever the same — and every flight offers the chance to make a lasting impression.

If you’re ready to elevate your career and represent one of the most trusted names in private aviation, we’d love to hear from you.
