Your Role: The Architect of an Exceptional Journey
As a Cabin Attendant with Thrive, you are the central figure in delivering a seamless, personalized journey. You will be entrusted with the full scope of the cabin experience, from meticulous pre-flight preparation to gracious post-flight farewells. Your expertise ensures that every element—from the ambiance and cuisine to the safety and comfort of our distinguished passengers—reflects the unparalleled standard of Thrive Aviation. This position demands a unique blend of artistic hospitality and operational precision, all delivered with the utmost confidentiality.
A Day in Your Life at 40,000 Feet:
- Serving as the primary ambassador onboard, greeting passengers with polished warmth and managing all aspects of their in-flight comfort.
- Curating and presenting exceptional in-flight catering, with a keen eye for presentation and timing.
- Maintaining the aircraft cabin to an immaculate standard, ensuring a pristine environment for every departure.
- Managing onboard inventory, from fine linens to premium amenities, with meticulous attention to stock levels and organization.
- Assisting with passenger luggage and special requests, ensuring all needs are met with proactive, discreet service.
- Upholding all federal aviation regulations and ensuring passenger compliance with safety protocols.
- Contributing your insight to the procurement process for new aircraft interiors and onboard items.
- Embracing a dynamic, on-call schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and extended international trips, often with minimal notice.
The Profile We Seek
We are looking for more than experience; we seek a particular ethos. The ideal candidate embodies a service-first philosophy, treating each flight as a unique performance.
Your background should include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of high-touch guest service experience within a luxury environment (e.g., private clubs, boutique hotels, fine dining, or other premium aviation roles).
- Expert-level customer service skills, with a legendary attention to the smallest details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at building rapport with passengers, flight crew, and management.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the proven ability to work gracefully under pressure in a confined space for extended periods.
- The flexibility to work a non-standard schedule, responding to the evolving needs of our aircraft and owners.
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications.
- Formal safety and service training (e.g., Flight Safety, FACTS, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Physical & Practical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and crouch for the duration of long-haul flights.
- Capacity to safely lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to travel internationally without restriction.
- While remote, the position is operationally based out of Las Vegas, Nevada (KLAS), and requires your presence for assigned trips.
