As a Cabin Attendant, you are the heart of our flights and the face of prestigious service on board our aircraft. You'll be primarily responsible for all aspects of In-Flight Service aboard your assigned aircraft while ensuring our passengers receive unparalleled, world-class service.

As a Cabin Attendant with Thrive Aviation, you'll take ownership of every detail, from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through, ensuring an unparalleled level of comfort, safety, and discretion for our passengers. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in the procurement process for all new onboard items for new aircraft acquisitions—helping shape the passenger experience from the ground up
- Responsible for keeping the aircraft clean before, during, and after a flight—pristine presentation is essential
- Maintains inventory on aircraft—ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for every flight
- Greets passengers as they arrive and depart—you are the welcoming face of Thrive Aviation
- Assists passengers with inflight needs, including catering and luggage—anticipating and exceeding expectations
- Follows federal regulations which includes ensuring passenger compliance to federal aviation regulations—safety is never compromised
- Plans and serves meals onboard to passengers—curating a premium culinary experience
- Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality in regards to passengers, itineraries, and company information—discretion is paramount
- Position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada—your home base in one of the world's most vibrant cities
- Schedule will be flexible and subject to change pursuant to needs of our business, passengers, and aircraft owner(s)
- Any other duties assigned by management—flexibility and adaptability are essential
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of experience, certifications, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Experience & Certifications
- At least 3-5 years of guest service experience in a luxury product environment—you understand the nuances of serving discerning clientele
- Current training for our current fleet highly desired—familiarity with our aircraft is a significant advantage
- Food Handlers and Alcohol Certifications—essential for onboard service
- Training and/or certifications in service and safety highly desired—you're prepared for every aspect of the role
Skills & Personal Qualities
- Expert customer service skills with a superior attention to the finest details—nothing escapes your notice
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to appropriately communicate with all levels of passengers and coworkers
- The ability to work in an enclosed aircraft, including sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods, for the entire duration of scheduled flights
- Top-notch ability to develop genuine rapport with Flight Crew and passengers—building trust and connection comes naturally
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended and overnight trips, with either planned or minimal notice—flexibility is essential
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of a Cabin Attendant are considered to be reasonable and customary for those who are familiar with the typical duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Cabin Attendants will spend most of their working hours aboard small, mid, super-mid, and large aircraft of varying size
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, or crouch for extended periods of time based on the duration of the scheduled trip
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
