We are offering a pathway into aviation through a comprehensive initial training course starting early March at Bolzano Airport. This course is designed to provide you with the essential Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), the mandatory certification required to operate as a cabin crew member. Successful candidates from our selection process will be enrolled in this training, taking the first professional step towards a dynamic career with our growing airline.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking candidates who embody the warm, multilingual, and professional spirit of our region. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma.
- Have an advanced spoken and written command of Italian, German, and English.
- Be a legal resident of the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
- Possess strong swimming skills (at least 25 meters unassisted).
- Meet our height requirements:
- Female candidates: between 155 cm and 188 cm.
- Male candidates: between 165 cm and 188 cm.
- Be able to obtain a medical certificate confirming fitness for flight duties before the course begins.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings while in the company uniform.
Beyond these essentials, the right candidate will be a true team player with a flexible and outgoing personality. You should thrive in a shift-work environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a genuinely customer-focused attitude.
