    Your Role: Curating the In-Flight Experience

    You will be the central figure in ensuring our guests' journeys are comfortable, efficient, and refined. From warm welcome to post-flight follow-up, you will manage the cabin with complete ownership, reflecting the high standards of the GLOCK brand.


    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing attentive, personalized care to our international guests throughout the duration of their flight.
    • Independently coordinating all aspects of flight operations, from initial planning to final execution.
    • Managing catering orders, sourcing premium supplies, and ensuring all provisions meet our exacting standards.
    • Delivering gracious onboard service, including the presentation of meals and beverages.
    • Conducting thorough pre- and post-flight preparations, including cabin cleanliness, inventory management, and ensuring the aircraft is impeccably presented for the next journey.

    Your Profile: Professionalism and Poise

    We are looking for a candidate who embodies a service-oriented ethos and can represent our company with distinction.

    To be successful, you should possess:

    • Completed vocational training, with a strong preference for backgrounds in gastronomy, hospitality, or the service industry.
    • Previous experience as a flight attendant is a valuable asset, though not mandatory.
    • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a welcome advantage.
    • A polished, well-groomed appearance coupled with a consistently friendly and courteous demeanor.
    • A genuine customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules.
    • An unrestricted passport and the ability to reach our home base in Klagenfurt within 60 minutes when on call.
