As a Cabin Crew member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey. As a brand ambassador, you will work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional service while bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. With a strong understanding of your duties and a Scootitude mindset, you will create enjoyable and memorable travel experiences for all passengers.
Training
To prepare you for your role at Scoot, you will undergo an intensive 2-month training program covering essential topics such as safety emergency drills, door operation, firefighting, first aid, grooming, Scootitude, passenger handling, and inflight sales procedures. This comprehensive training ensures you are fully equipped to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of Singapore. A minimum qualification of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) or 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes including English with a Grade C and above is required. Candidates must believe in delivering exceptional service, embody team spirit, and be the ultimate team player. The ability to adapt quickly to manage situations on board while maintaining passengers’ safety is essential. Candidates must be medically fit to perform the role of a cabin crew and maintain a professional appearance at all times, as those with visible tattoos will not be considered. The minimum height requirement is 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard. This position is only open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
