Your Role: Ambassador of Safety and Scootitude
Your primary mission is to ensure every passenger feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely delighted throughout their journey. Working closely with a fun-loving team, you'll bring our unique "Scootitude" to life—combining professional service with a playful, spirited touch. From assisting with safety procedures to creating engaging inflight experiences, you'll help turn ordinary flights into unforgettable adventures.

Before you take flight, you'll complete a comprehensive 2-month training programme in Singapore to ensure you're fully prepared and confident in your role. Your training will cover essential topics including:

- Aircraft door operation and firefighting
- First aid and medical response
- Passenger handling and service excellence
- Inflight sales and grooming standards
- Embracing the Scootitude mindset
Is This You?
We welcome applicants from all walks of life who share our passion for people and adventure. Here's what we're looking for:
- A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 18 or above.
- Meet the required height/reach criteria:
- Female: Minimum 158cm (or 156cm if able to reach 210cm)
- Male: Minimum 165cm (or 162cm if able to reach 210cm)
- Have at least 3 GCE 'O' Level subject passes (including English), or equivalent qualifications such as 5 GCE 'N(A)'/'N(T)' Level passes or 3 SPM credits including English.
- Medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
- A strong believer in outstanding service and a natural team player.
- Able to adapt calmly and ensure safety in dynamic situations.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with our grooming policy (visible tattoos cannot be covered by uniform).
- Able to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre and not engage in other employment once the scheme begins.
