Bring Your Best to the Skies: Cabin Crew – Finkenwerder, Hamburg!
Titan Airways is looking for professional, personable, and service-driven individuals to join our Cabin Crew team at Finkenwerder Airport in Hamburg. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome, takes real pride in your work, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to turn a routine flight into a positive experience, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a role for people who understand that cabin crew are more than just a friendly face—you're the reassuring presence, the safety expert, and the reason passengers walk away remembering a great flight.
What You'll Be Doing?
As part of our cabin team, you'll carry two equally important responsibilities: safety and service. You'll represent Titan Airways with professionalism and genuine warmth, creating an environment where passengers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in the crew around them.
From pre-flight preparations to the final farewell at the door, your attention to detail, calm demeanor, and commitment to excellence will shape every journey.

- Truly cares about delivering excellent customer service, not because they have to, but because they want to
- Communicates with confidence and ease, whether talking to a first-time flyer or a frequent traveler
- Thrives in a team environment and brings a flexible, can-do attitude to every duty
- Stays calm and collected when things get busy or unexpected situations arise
- Takes personal pride in their appearance and professionalism at all times
What You'll Need to Bring (Essential Requirements)
Before you apply, please make sure you meet these non-negotiable criteria:
- At least 18 years of age
- The unrestricted right to live and work in Europe
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to swim and physically reach a height of 212 cm
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own car

Your Training Journey
You won't be thrown into the deep end. Before you ever greet a passenger, you'll complete a comprehensive initial training course designed to give you all the skills, safety knowledge, and confidence you need. The best part? You'll receive your basic salary throughout training—and some of that training may take place in the UK.
Why Join Titan Airways?
We're not the biggest airline out there, and that's by design. At Titan Airways, you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contribution is genuinely valued.
