    As a Norwegian Cabin Crew Member, you will be at the heart of our passenger experience, ensuring safety, comfort, and an enjoyable flight. You’ll thrive in this role if:

    • You are prepared to work a 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods, adapting to the demands of our flight schedule.

    Requirements

    You are an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:

    • Age: You are over 20 years old.
    • Education: Preferably, you have completed upper secondary school, either in an academic or practical training track, or possess other education at an equivalent level. Relevant experience in service professions may, in some cases, compensate for formal schooling, recognizing the value of practical skills.
    • Language Fluency: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling clear and effective communication with a diverse range of passengers and crew.
    • Background Check: You possess a clean criminal record, ensuring compliance with aviation security standards.
    • Certifications: While not mandatory, holding a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is highly preferred. You must also have a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one prior to employment.
    • Passport & Work Permit: You hold a European unrestricted passport that grants visa-free entry to our destinations, and you have a valid work permit for the country you are applying for (Spain).
    • Health & Safety: You can successfully pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring, demonstrating your commitment to a safe working environment.
    • Physical Requirements: You are above 160 cm in height or can reach 210 cm (approximately 82.7 inches) on tiptoes, ensuring you can access all necessary equipment onboard. You must also be able to swim.
    • Location & Relocation: You currently live within 90 minutes of your chosen base or are willing to relocate to ensure timely arrival for duties.
    • Appearance Standards: You do not have any tattoos on your face or neck. Tattoos on hands or behind the ear are permitted, provided they are not larger than 1.5 cm.

    What to Expect if Selected:

    • An approved medical certificate, which includes comprehensive intoxication/alcohol testing.
    • A successful background check to obtain an admission card, ensuring compliance with airport security regulations.
    • Successful completion of our rigorous training course, equipping you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a Norwegian Cabin Crew Member.
