Join the Norwegian Family – Cabin Crew Roles in Barcelona, Palma, Malaga, and Alicante!

We're thrilled to announce that Norwegian Air is welcoming new permanent Cabin Crew members to join our team in sunny Spain. If you're ready for a career that's equal parts adventure, responsibility, and heart, we'd love to hear from you. Training courses are scheduled to begin between November and February, so now is the perfect time to take that first step.

More Than a Uniform – A Role That Truly Matters

At Norwegian, we see our cabin crew differently. Yes, you'll wear a uniform. But behind it, you'll be so much more. Some days you'll be a nurse, tending to a passenger who feels unwell. Other days a psychologist, calming a nervous flyer. You might find yourself playing nanny to a tired toddler, chef to a hungry traveler, or security guard ensuring everyone stays safe. Because when you're at 35,000 feet, you're the person our passengers turn to when it matters most.

Let's be honest with you – this role asks a lot. You'll face long days, shift work, weekends away from family, and working on public holidays when others are celebrating. You'll encounter all kinds of situations, some easy and some genuinely challenging. But here's what we promise in return: you'll go home every day knowing your work mattered. You'll be prepared, calm under pressure, and focused on creating safe, memorable experiences with passengers at the very heart of everything you do.

Whether You're New or Experienced, We'll Train You!

Don't worry if you're just starting out – or if you've been flying for years. Our comprehensive training program will prepare you for every aspect of the role. You'll walk away with official certification and a place in our close-knit family of over 2,500 cabin crew members who are ready to welcome you to the world above the skies.

    You'll Love This Role If...

    • You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments where no two days look the same
    • You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering outstanding service
    • You can stay remarkably calm when things get stressful, thinking on your feet without losing your smile
    • You're a natural team player who brings positivity and energy to every interaction
    • You're genuinely excited about the adventure of travel and collecting new experiences
    • You're willing to work a rotating schedule that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:

    • A clean criminal record
    • A Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) – preferred but not always required
    • A valid medical certificate, or the ability to obtain one
    • An unrestricted European passport offering visa-free entry to our destinations
    • A valid work permit for the country you're applying for (Spain)
    • The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring
    • At least 20 years of age
    • A minimum height of 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes
    • The ability to swim
    • Fluent English, both written and spoken
    • Current residence within 90 minutes of your chosen base (Barcelona, Palma, Malaga, or Alicante), or a genuine willingness to relocate to meet this requirement
    • No tattoos on your face or neck. Any tattoos on your hands or behind your ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size
    • Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent education. Relevant service industry experience may sometimes compensate for formal schooling

If Selected, You'll Need to Obtain:

    • An approved medical certificate, including intoxication and alcohol testing
    • An approved background check to receive your admission card
    • Successful completion of our full training course

A Few Important Things to Know

If selected, you'll be invited to an assessment day where we'll present full terms and conditions of the role. Should you receive an offer, your training course assignment will depend on current recruitment needs. We handle candidates on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.

Please keep in mind – we're recruiting for courses starting in winter 2026/2027. The process may take several months before you receive an update, so we ask for your patience as we carefully review each application.
