Description
Are you ready to bring your energy, empathy, and adventurous spirit to the skies? Norwegian is looking for passionate individuals to join our cabin crew team in sunny Las Palmas. This is your chance to become part of a friendly, forward-thinking airline that values teamwork, respect, and the unique joy of flying.
At Norwegian, we believe flying should be enjoyable—not just for passengers, but for our crew too. We’ve built a culture rooted in openness, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. As part of our Las Palmas base, you’ll join a close-knit community that thrives on connection, positivity, and professionalism.
About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll play an essential role in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for our passengers. Whether you’re serving meals, assisting with safety procedures, or offering reassurance during turbulence, you’ll be the face of Norwegian’s warm hospitality. No two days are the same—you’ll handle everything from caring for families to managing inflight challenges, all while ensuring every traveler enjoys a comfortable, memorable journey.
If you’re new to aviation, don’t worry—our in-depth training program will fully prepare you for life onboard. You’ll graduate with a Cabin Crew Attestation and become part of our family of over 2,500 dedicated crew members across Europe.
Who We’re Looking For?
You’ll be a great fit if you’re outgoing, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Our ideal crew member thrives under pressure, stays calm in fast-changing situations, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service with a smile.
You should also:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Have a height of 160 cm or more, or be able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes
- Be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Hold an unrestricted European passport allowing travel within our network
- Live within 90 minutes of Las Palmas Airport or be willing to relocate
- Have the ability to swim confidently
- Maintain a clean criminal record and be able to pass medical, drug, and alcohol screening
Holding a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and medical certificate is a strong advantage. However, if you’re new to the skies, our training will guide you through everything you need to succeed.
Your Personality at 35,000 Feet
You’re the kind of person who brightens a room—or in this case, a cabin. You’re reliable, resilient, and genuinely enjoy making others feel at ease. Whether it’s calming nervous flyers or coordinating seamlessly with your team, you bring both professionalism and warmth to your role.
Why You’ll Love Flying with Us?
Norwegian isn’t just an airline—it’s a community. We support one another, celebrate diversity, and share a passion for connecting people and places. You’ll work in a setting where your individuality is valued, your hard work is recognized, and your sense of adventure is encouraged.
