What We Look For in Our Crew?
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of our flights, all candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 20 years of age and be at least 160 cm tall (or able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes).
- Hold a European passport that allows unrestricted travel to all our destinations.
- Possess a valid work permit for Spain and live within 90 minutes of Barcelona Airport, or be willing to relocate.
- Have a clean criminal record and be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings.
- Be a strong swimmer.
- Communicate with full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Hold or be able to obtain a valid medical certificate (including specific aviation assessments).
- Have completed upper secondary school or have equivalent relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
- A Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is a strong advantage.
Appearance Guidelines
Tattoos must not be visible while in uniform. This means no tattoos on the face or neck. Tattoos on the hands or behind the ear must not be larger than 1.5 cm.
