What We're Looking For?
This isn't an entry-level role. We need someone who already knows the world of VIP aviation inside and out. To be considered, you must have hands-on experience operating on long-range business jets such as the Global 5000, Gulfstream, Falcon, Challenger, or similar aircraft. That experience is non-negotiable—it's the foundation everything else is built on.
Beyond your technical and operational knowledge, you should bring:
- Exceptional VIP customer service skills, with a natural ability to make every guest feel seamlessly cared for
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a definite asset and will make you stand out)
- A professional, composed, and flexible attitude—because private aviation rarely follows a predictable script
