Airshare is looking for a Cabin Attendant (G650) based in San Jose, CA. This is a unique opportunity to join a premium aviation company where you will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering exceptional, first-class in-flight service aboard a Gulfstream 650.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Attendant, you will anticipate and provide for the comfort of passengers, develop and implement personalized menus and beverage service based on customer requirements, and demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when greeting clients, addressing their needs, and responding to last-minute changes. You will manage advance planning for trip preparation, conduct detailed itinerary reviews and manifest updates, ensure the timely purchase and stocking of cabin supplies, ensure the security of all passengers, engage and assist passengers during boarding, and comply with all aviation governance, guidelines, and requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have 3 or more years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant, with a strong preference for G650 experience, and must reside within an hour of the aircraft base. The candidate must be a critical thinker and problem-solver, possess strong knowledge of MS Office, and have professional customer service experience.
Benefits and Perks
Airshare offers a salary range of $145,000 to $165,000 and a suite of benefits for all team members, including no-cost HSA medical, vision, and dental coverage. If the HSA medical plan is selected, Airshare contributes $1,000 to the employee’s HSA annually, with benefits beginning on the first of the month following the start date. Additional benefits include company-paid term life insurance equal to 1.5 times the annual salary with a voluntary buy-up option, company-paid short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability with a loss of medical rider. The company also offers two 401(k) retirement plans with employer match and a rapid vesting schedule, available from the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Paid time off is accrued based on the length of employment, and employees have access to relocation flights.
