About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member at Binter Airlines, you’ll be part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and welcoming flights across our network. You’ll represent the warm, genuine spirit of the Canary Islands while ensuring passengers enjoy a seamless and pleasant journey on our modern Embraer 195-E2 aircraft.
Whether you’re new to aviation or have prior flying experience, we’ll help you grow through our professional development and recurrent training programs.
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking individuals with a genuine passion for customer service, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility. If you’re a natural communicator who thrives in a multicultural environment and can stay calm under pressure, you’ll fit right in.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: At least a high school diploma. Additional vocational or higher studies will be appreciated.
- Languages: English at a minimum level of B1.3. Knowledge of French and/or Italian will be a plus.
- Experience: Not required, but previous cabin crew or customer service experience will be valued.
- Bases: Tenerife North, Las Palmas, and Madrid.
- Certifications:
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate
- Other Requirements:
- Clean criminal record
- Valid EU work permit
- Valid ID (DNI/NIE) and passport
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Spain
- Applicants must not have applied to Binter in the past 12 months
- Candidates with previous experience must present proof of flight hours
