Your Role: The Heart of the HiSky Experience
As the face of HiSky in the skies, you will play a direct role in shaping our passengers' journey. Your focus will be on delivering safe, seamless, and positive travel experiences. Every flight is a new chance to connect, assist, and ensure everyone onboard feels welcomed and cared for—from pre-flight preparations to managing in-flight services and ensuring passenger comfort with a calm, professional demeanor. You'll be an essential part of a close-knit team that works together to turn every trip into a smooth and pleasant experience.
What You Bring to Our Team?
We are looking for candidates who embody a service-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude. To be considered for our cabin crew, you should meet the following essential criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age by your start date.
- Hold a high school diploma (baccalaureate).
- Possess fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.
- Bring a consistently positive, professional attitude and a proven ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and decisive in unexpected or emergency situations.
- Be fully available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and frequent travel.
- Have no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Be in excellent health, meeting the medical standards required for the role.
- An EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is a strong advantage.
