Who We're Looking For?
At HiSky, we believe that great service starts with great people. Whether you're just beginning your aviation journey or bringing experience from another customer-facing field, we want to hear from you if you have the right spirit and dedication.
To join our cabin crew, you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of employment
- Hold a completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Speak and understand English at a B2 level (fluent enough to communicate clearly and confidently with passengers and crew)
- Have a natural ability to connect with people, listen attentively, and handle passenger interactions with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and work seamlessly as part of a close-knit team
- Demonstrate sharp attention to safety and detail, especially in unexpected or emergency situations
- Be flexible and available for a varied schedule that includes frequent travel and irregular hours
- Have no visible tattoos that would be exposed while wearing the HiSky uniform
- Be in excellent overall health and able to meet the physical demands of the role
- It's a definite advantage if you already hold an EASA cabin crew license—but not required. We're happy to train the right candidates who bring the right mindset.
