Your Mission: Orchestrating Excellence at Every Turn
As the Flight Care Specialist, you are the dedicated guardian of the client's journey. You will ensure that every detail is anticipated, every communication is clear, and every potential hurdle is gracefully resolved before it becomes an issue. Your work bridges our clients with our internal operational teams, creating a smooth, white-glove experience that defines the Elit’Avia standard.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary, proactive point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding all aspects of their flight, including schedules, updates, and operational considerations.
- Anticipate client needs and operational complexities, offering thoughtful alternatives and solutions to enhance their travel experience before they even have to ask.
- Independently manage and process flight requests, along with arranging bespoke ancillary services such as luxury ground transport, helicopter connections, and sub-charter coordination.
- Collaborate closely with our Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Safety teams to ensure all flight documentation, permits, and clearances are meticulously prepared and tracked for compliance.
- Uphold our unwavering commitment to safety by assisting in the coordination and documentation for specialized cargo, in partnership with our dedicated safety managers.
- Continuously seek feedback and monitor the client experience, identifying opportunities to refine our processes and elevate our service.
Who You Are?
We're looking for more than a checklist of skills; we're looking for a professional with a particular mindset. You are a natural problem-solver who derives satisfaction from perfect execution and building genuine client relationships.
Your profile includes:
- Proven experience in a high-touch client service, aviation operations, or flight coordination role, ideally within private aviation or a similar luxury service sector.
- An advanced command of both English and French is essential. Proficiency in any additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the polish and discretion required to interact with high-profile clients and partners.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously without ever dropping a thread.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach to your work, always thinking two steps ahead to ensure flawless execution.
- Familiarity with aviation documentation, regulatory compliance, and flight support software.
- Flexibility and understanding of the demands of the industry, including readiness to provide support outside of standard hours when necessary.
