The Role
As our VIP Flight Attendant, you’ll be the face of Astonjet’s inflight experience — combining warmth, discretion, and professionalism in every interaction. You’ll ensure our clients’ comfort from takeoff to landing, manage the onboard environment, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service. From gourmet presentation to anticipating every passenger need, your role is about delivering perfection at 45,000 feet.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Welcoming clients with grace, creating a calm and luxurious environment from the moment they board
- Delivering seamless, bespoke service with meticulous attention to detail — from fine dining to thoughtful touches that elevate each journey
- Managing catering, cabin preparation, and provisioning to ensure the aircraft is always flight-ready
- Working closely with flight crew to guarantee smooth communication and exceptional operational flow
- Overseeing inventory, suppliers, and restocking to maintain impeccable standards
- Handling passenger requests with tact, discretion, and genuine care — always anticipating needs before they’re voiced
- Upholding safety regulations and responding confidently in any onboard situation
What We’re Looking For?
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued
- Highly organized, adaptable, and respectful of the discretion required in private aviation
- A polished and professional presence with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a VIP or Corporate Flight Attendant on long-range or large cabin jets (experience on Falcon aircraft is an advantage)
- Deep understanding of fine dining, premium beverages, and international etiquette
- The ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining warmth and confidence

The Offer:
- Start Date: February 2026
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Base: Closest international airport to your home
- Salary: €6,000 gross per month + per diems
- Roster: 17 days ON / 13 days OFF
