Your Mission: Curating the Ultimate Private Flight Experience
In this role, you will be the sole manager of the cabin experience, responsible for the welfare, safety, and complete satisfaction of our discerning passengers. You will join a seasoned 4-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician, flying under both Part 91 and 135. This aircraft flies approximately 400-450 hours annually, with about 25% international travel, carrying passengers of all ages. You are the central figure in ensuring every detail—from the cabin ambiance to the culinary presentation—reflects the highest standards of EJM.
A Day in Your Role Encompasses:
- Meticulously coordinating all preflight preparations, including cabin readiness, emergency equipment checks, catering, and provisioning.
- Serving as the key point of contact for passengers, providing warm greetings, confirming manifests, and ensuring their complete comfort throughout the journey.
- Preparing and presenting meals with a fine-dining sensibility, tending to individual needs, and maintaining an impeccably orderly cabin.
- Conducting thorough safety and service briefings for each leg and ensuring the cabin is secure for taxi, takeoff, and landing.
- Operating all cabin systems and entertainment equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Managing the sourcing, purchasing, and elegant stocking of all cabin supplies, linens, and catering from premium providers.
- Upholding strict compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), the EJM General Operations Manual, and our Safety Management System (SMS).
The Ideal Candidate Brings

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Proven customer service expertise; direct experience in fine dining, culinary planning, or luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular, long hours aligned with a dynamic flight schedule.
- Residence within a two-hour drive of Westchester County Airport (HPN).
- Prior experience on a Gulfstream 450 aircraft is required.
- Certification in CPR and AED usage.
- Proficiency with all aircraft emergency equipment and procedures.
- Ability to successfully complete the comprehensive EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage the proper cleaning and care of all cabin linens, fine china, and serving ware.
- Competence in operating all onboard entertainment and cabin systems.
- Accountability for sourcing and managing cabin inventory and catering.
- Preference will be given to local candidates with substantial large-cabin, corporate aviation experience.
