Join an Elite Private Aviation Team: Cabin Attendant for Gulfstream 450!

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a dedicated and polished Cabin Attendant to join a dedicated team operating a Gulfstream 450 aircraft. Based in White Plains, NY (KHPN), this role is central to delivering a seamless, safe, and exceptional travel experience for our discerning clientele. If you thrive in a role where meticulous preparation meets gracious hospitality, and you value being part of a close-knit, professional crew, we invite you to apply.

Your Mission: Excellence in the Cabin

You will be the heart of the passenger experience, entrusted with the complete safety, comfort, and service for owners and guests on a diverse flight schedule that includes both domestic and international travel. This is a four-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician, offering a stable team environment flying under Part 91 and 135 operations. We're looking for a professional who sees beyond the checklist to anticipate needs and create a genuinely first-class environment in the sky.

    A Day in Your Role

Your responsibilities encompass the full journey, ensuring every detail is attended to with precision and care.

    • You will meticulously coordinate all pre-flight preparations, from ensuring the cabin's impeccable presentation and stocking to managing catering orders and verifying all emergency equipment is service-ready.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for passengers in the cabin, you'll provide warm, attentive service—from greeting guests and confirming manifests to preparing meals and tending to individual needs throughout the flight.
    • Safety is your paramount duty. You will conduct thorough safety briefings, ensure the cabin is secure for taxi, takeoff, and landing, and maintain full compliance with all Federal Air Regulations (FARs) and company policies.
    • You'll manage the cabin's ecosystem, which includes the proper cleaning and care of linens and service ware, operating and troubleshooting onboard entertainment systems, and responsibly sourcing and stocking cabin supplies.

What You Bring to the Flight Deck?

We are looking for a candidate who embodies professionalism and possesses a specific set of skills and experiences.

    • You must be at least 21 years old and live within a two-hour drive of Westchester County Airport (HPN) to meet crew response requirements.
    • Prior customer service experience is essential, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fine dining, culinary arts, or meal planning.
    • Specific experience on a Gulfstream 450 aircraft is highly desired, as is a background in large-cabin corporate aviation.
    • You must possess excellent verbal communication skills, a willingness to work flexible, irregular hours, and the ability to successfully complete our comprehensive EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
    • Required certifications include CPR/AED proficiency. You must also be adept with all aircraft emergency equipment and procedures, as well as safe food handling protocols.

This position falls within our Large/Heavy/Premium cabin pay scale. Beyond a competitive salary, you will receive:
