What We Look For in Our Future Crew?
We are looking for candidates who embody the spirit of Lebanese hospitality and meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Lebanese
- Age: Between 20 and 27 years old.
- Please refer to MEA’s official website for specific eligibility details including gender-related criteria.
- Education: Lebanese Baccalaureate Part II (Bacc II) or its official equivalent.
- Languages: Native proficiency in Arabic, with fluency in both English and French.
- Physical Attributes: A minimum height of 160 cm with weight proportionate to height. A clear complexion and a smart, polished appearance are essential, with no visible tattoos, piercings, or scars while in uniform.
- Personal Qualities: A pleasant, team-oriented personality with a strong customer-service mindset. You must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to perform calmly under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to long and irregular shift patterns. Swimming ability is also required.
Your Pathway to Joining Our Team
The selection process is designed to identify candidates with the right blend of skill, character, and potential. You will progress through the following stages:
- Initial Screening
- Selection Committee Interview
- Final Selection Interview
Candidates who successfully pass all interview stages will undergo a comprehensive medical fitness examination by the Company Physician.
Training and Your Career Journey
Upon medical clearance, selected candidates will embark on a comprehensive 10-week in-house training program to master safety protocols, service excellence, and MEA standards.
Following successful training, you will begin a six-month trial period. This period is a mutual opportunity to ensure this role is the perfect fit. Upon its successful completion, you will be offered a two-year contract, setting you on a clear path toward a confirmed position within the MEA family.
