Middle East Airlines is opening its doors to young, motivated individuals who want to build a career in the sky. As part of MEA's cabin crew team, you'll be entrusted with creating a warm, safe, and comfortable journey for every passenger who boards our aircraft. What We're Looking For?
To ensure you can perform the role confidently and safely, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Lebanese nationality
- Age between 20 and 27
- Please refer to MEA’s official website for specific eligibility details including gender-related criteria.
- Lebanese Baccalaureate II (Bacc II) or officially recognized equivalent
- Native Arabic speaker with strong fluency in both English and French
- Minimum height of 160 cm, with weight proportionate to height
- Clear complexion and a polished, professional appearance
- No visible tattoos, piercings, or scars while wearing the uniform
- A pleasant personality with strong teamwork and customer-service instincts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and irregular schedules
- Ability to swim confidently
Your Recruitment Journey
Candidates who match the requirements will go through MEA's structured selection process, which includes an initial screening, an interview with the selection committee, and a final interview stage. Those who pass all rounds will then be invited for a medical assessment conducted by the company physician.
Following this, successful candidates will begin a comprehensive 10-week in-house training program covering safety, service, emergency procedures, and MEA's operational standards. After training, new crew members enter a six-month probation period, which leads to a two-year contract upon successful completion.
