What to Expect on Your Recruitment Day?
We've designed our Open Day to be an engaging and transparent introduction to your potential future. Here's how the day will unfold:
- Welcome & Introduction: Our team will personally welcome you and share an inspiring overview of the cabin crew role, the unique culture at Emirates, and what it's like to live and thrive in Dubai.
- Assessment Activities: You'll participate in collaborative group exercises designed to see your teamwork and communication skills in action, followed by an online test at the venue.
- Final Interview: This is our chance to connect. We want to hear your story, understand your motivation, and discuss why you'd be a brilliant addition to our international family.

First Impressions Count: Our Dress Code
We're looking for future ambassadors of our brand. Please present yourself in polished, professional business attire.
- For Women: Business attire with heels. Hair should be neatly tied back, with full makeup applied.
- For Men: A suit or smart business attire with formal shoes. Hair should be neatly presented, and faces clean-shaven.
Do You Have the Qualities We Seek?
We're looking for individuals who shine with positivity, empathy, and a genuine love for service. To be considered, you should be:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset).
- A natural, supportive team player with a personality that connects effortlessly with others.
- At least 21 years of age and a minimum of 160cm tall, with the ability to reach 212cm.
- In possession of a minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Able to meet all employment visa requirements for the UAE.
- Equipped with at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Free of any visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Your Compensation Package
You will be rewarded with a competitive monthly salary as a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member, consisting of:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours monthly)
- Total Average Monthly Earnings: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061)*
*Includes overseas meal allowances. Figures are approximate for illustration.
