- Passport Copy
- Clear copy of your valid passport
- Must be valid for at least 6 months
- If you don't have a passport yet, you’ll need to bring a photo ID (such as a driver’s license or national ID)
- Highest Educational Certificate
- A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
- Originals may be requested later, but a copy is usually sufficient for Open Day
- Completed Application Form (if provided)
- If Emirates provided a printed application form in advance (through email or event page), bring it filled out
- Otherwise, you’ll likely fill it during the assessment

Requirements
Before attending, check that you meet the following essentials:
- Minimum age: 21 when training starts
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Abitur, Fachabitur, or international equivalent)
- Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other languages is highly valued
- Experience: At least one year in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
- Physical criteria: Minimum height 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Work eligibility: Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
