Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew, you will provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights while ensuring their safety and comfort by adhering to company procedures and safety protocols. You will assist passengers with boarding, seat allocation, and luggage storage, serve meals, and address any special passenger requests. You will also manage in-flight emergencies and handle difficult situations with professionalism, while promoting and supporting the airline's values, culture, and brand image.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a female Sri Lankan citizen below 40 years of age as of 14th May 2025, with a minimum of 6 passes at G.C.E. O/L in one sitting, including a Credit in English from any sitting. The candidate must be fluent in English, with proficiency in foreign languages considered an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of service at SriLankan Airlines or another international airline is required, along with a smart and professional appearance. The minimum height requirement is 157.5 cm or an arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes, and the candidate must meet Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to complete SriLankan Airlines’ Cabin Crew Training Programme on a Pay-As-You-Earn basis.
