    Description

    Vista America is looking for a Head of Cabin based in Columbus. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the Cabin Host team has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to uphold Vista’s high standards of service excellence. The Head of Cabin will also lead and guide a team of Cabin Operations and Performance Managers (COPMs), playing a critical part in maintaining operational consistency and exceptional onboard service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Head of Cabin, you will ensure the continued brand excellence of Vista America through the Cabin Host team, build relationships with the CH team and leadership to ensure effective alignment and a clear understanding of responsibilities and standards, and evaluate processes to seek opportunities for improved efficiency while maintaining the policies, procedures, and standards of Vista America. You will uphold positivity and integrity during periods of transformational change, be a visible presence within the operational control center while working with relevant teams to ensure CH staffing on flights, and be accountable for all Client Services and Quality Ambassador feedback while ensuring actions for improvement. Additionally, you will ensure aircraft standards, stocking, cleaning, and inventories are maintained efficiently and provide performance reports to leadership.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role, with a proven ability to lead departmental direction and demonstrate success in delivering key performance indicators. Experience in managing performance through standards, KPIs, and brand expectations is essential. The candidate should have flown as a Flight Attendant for an international carrier or as a Cabin Host within private aviation, preferably. Proven experience in building a team culture within a remote team, along with knowledge of the expectations of Ultra High Net Worth individuals and the intricacies of ultra-luxury hospitality, is required. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to work with data and forecast trends in line with operational needs and must have the right to live and work in the USA.
