What You’ll Be Doing?
As a Flight Care Agent, you are the vital link between our VIP customers and the flight operations team. Your role ensures that every flight is not only smooth and efficient but also uniquely tailored to each guest’s preferences. You’ll manage the details that turn a flight into an extraordinary experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating special customer requests, from VIP catering to luxury ground transfers
- Providing top-tier support to guests by phone before, during, and after flights—including occasional on-call duties
- Quickly finding creative solutions for unexpected situations or flight adjustments
- Keeping constant communication with the charter and operations teams to ensure flawless service
- Updating customer information in our databases to maintain accurate records
What You Bring to the Team?
- Vocational training and professional experience in aviation, tourism, or a related service industry
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- A friendly, professional demeanor and genuine passion for customer care
- Ability to multitask under pressure while staying calm and composed
- Confidence with PC applications such as Word and Excel
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a proactive approach
