Your Mission: The Architect of Seamless Travel
As the vital link between our clients and the operational heart of our flights, you will ensure that every journey reflects our standard of excellence. You'll manage the full travel lifecycle, transforming individual requests into perfectly executed realities.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary telephone and communication support for VIP clients, providing attentive service from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up, including on-call availability for urgent matters.
- Plan and coordinate highly personalized itineraries, meticulously arranging everything from bespoke in-flight catering and ground transportation to special accommodations.
- Proactively solve problems and manage last-minute changes with a calm, customer-focused approach, ensuring disruptions remain invisible to our clients.
- Work in close partnership with our Charter Sales and Flight Operations teams to ensure flawless information flow and execution.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date customer profiles and flight records to ensure personalization and consistency for every journey.
What You Bring to Our Team?
We are looking for a service professional who combines formal training with a natural talent for hospitality and logistics.
Your profile includes:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement) or relevant vocational training; a background in aviation, tourism, or luxury hospitality is ideal.
- Previous professional experience in business aviation, VIP guest services, or high-end travel coordination is a significant advantage.
- An inherently friendly, patient, and service-oriented manner, with impeccable communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational talent and the ability to maintain composure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
- Confidence in using MS Office applications and a quick ability to learn new operational software.
