What You'll Be Doing?
As a Flight Care Agent, you'll be the direct point of contact for our VIP clients, ensuring every detail of their journey is flawlessly coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing telephone support for VIP clients before, during, and after their flights—including on-call availability outside regular office hours
- Planning and coordinating individual customer requests, from VIP catering and special meal preferences to ground transport and beyond
- Solving customer-focused problems with composure and creativity when unexpected issues or schedule changes arise
- Maintaining close communication and seamless teamwork with our Charter and Operations teams
- Keeping relevant customer data accurate and up to date
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in commercial or service-oriented fields, combined with a passion for aviation. Here's what we're seeking:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally within the aviation, tourism, or hospitality sector
- Professional experience in business aviation or VIP handling is a strong advantage
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine service orientation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a definite plus)
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- A team-oriented, reliable, and responsible work ethic
