KlasJet is on the lookout for a highly driven Cabin and Customer Hospitality Supervisor based in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in elevating the onboard experience for both crew and passengers, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin and Customer Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for uploading necessary flight information into the required database while adhering to the company’s operating systems and procedures. You will actively seek new ideas to improve onboard customer hospitality, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests during flights, and manage the needs related to pilots’ and cabin crew uniforms by ensuring proper issuance and responding promptly to their requests. Additionally, you will control and coordinate the VIP cabin crew uniform fitting process and check and approve invoices related to catering and uniform supplies.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an understanding of customer hospitality in aviation considered an advantage. An appreciation and understanding of various customer demographics, psychographics, cultural diversity, and interpersonal styles is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and accountability, possess excellent multitasking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a timely manner, and have the ability to work effectively in a team.
