Description
Ryanair is seeking enthusiastic and safety-conscious individuals to join its Cabin Crew team in Birmingham. Prior experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're equipped to deliver a safe and exceptional onboard experience.
From your first day, you'll become part of Ryanair Group's vibrant culture, with opportunities to grow your career—from Cabin Supervisor to senior inflight management roles.
Working as Cabin Crew is exciting and fulfilling, but it also demands flexibility and dedication. You must be comfortable with early starts and late finishes, and always prioritize safety and customer service. If you're a people-person with a passion for travel and thrive in dynamic environments, this could be your ideal role.
Requirements
Candidates must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely across the Ryanair network. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, as is passing an English Language Assessment. You should be adaptable, enjoy interacting with people, and have a friendly, hard-working attitude. Applicants must be between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height and capable of swimming 25 meters unaided while supporting someone else.
Benefits and Perks
Ryanair offers a fully paid, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course, along with a training allowance. Additional perks include an uncapped sales bonus, a 5-days-on/3-days-off roster, unlimited discounted staff travel, and opportunities to explore new destinations with colleagues. You'll also receive a free uniform during your first year and a yearly allowance thereafter, with the added security of working for a financially strong airline.
