No experience? No problem. We provide full, internationally recognized training at no cost to you. This training will equip you with everything you need to know—from safety procedures and emergency protocols to customer service excellence. Once completed, you’ll proudly receive your official Ryanair Cabin Crew Wings and begin your journey in the skies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist passengers on board with a warm, professional attitude
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight
- Handle in-flight announcements, sales, and basic service delivery
- Manage safety protocols, support passengers with special needs, and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
- Be a key part of maintaining Ryanair’s strong reputation for punctuality, efficiency, and service
Requirements
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely across the Ryanair network
- Height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”)
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others in the water
- Confidence speaking and writing in English; must pass an English Language Assessment
- A flexible, reliable nature and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to work early shifts (starting as early as 5 AM) and finish late (up to midnight)
- A positive attitude, love for travel, and a natural ability to connect with people
