What You'll Be Doing?
As our Crew Care Manager, you'll be the backbone of our crew operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our teams can shine in the air. Your mission includes:
- Creating and managing crew rosters that balance operational needs with duty limitations and crew well-being
- Overseeing crew travel arrangements, from hotel bookings to transport coordination
- Monitoring duty times and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations to keep our crews fresh and safe
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for crew members, supporting their welfare and addressing any scheduling concerns
- Collaborating closely with the Operations Control Center to keep daily flights running seamlessly
Who You Are?
We're looking for someone with a safety-first mindset and a genuine care for people. You don't just move names on a schedule—you understand that behind every roster line is a person who needs proper rest, fair treatment, and clear communication.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Language Skills: You're fluent in English (written and spoken), and professional working proficiency in German is a strong advantage

It's a bonus if you also have:
- Familiarity with aviation duty regulations and crew scheduling requirements
- Working knowledge of flight operations, fleet management, or aviation logistics
What You'll Need to Apply?
- Eligibility to obtain a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung) security clearance as per §7 LuftSiG
- An unrestricted EU passport or the legal right to live and work in the EU
