Who We’re Looking For?
We’re searching for individuals who embody professionalism, confidence, and a natural passion for service.
- Male or Female, Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Minimum Diploma 3 educational background
- Single (never married)
- Age between 21 and 26 years old
- Minimum height: 158 cm (Female), 165 cm (Male), with proportional weight and posture
- Good eyesight (no glasses during selection or training; contact lenses acceptable up to -5.00 and cylindrical 2.00)
- Fluent in English, with additional foreign language skills considered a plus
- Must not have previous cabin crew experience
- Excellent physical and mental health
- Strong communication skills and a genuine service-oriented attitude
- Willing to complete every stage of the cabin crew recruitment process

- Application letter and CV
- Copy of valid ID card (KTP)
- Copy of Diploma certificate
- Recent ophthalmologist prescription (glasses/contact lens details)
- Professional colored photos:
