- Maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and EJM’s General Operations Manual
- Preparing and serving fine-dining meals and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Managing onboard inventory, including linens, supplies, and galley items
- Coordinating with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure the aircraft remains impeccably maintained
- Maintaining required training and safety certifications, including first aid, emergency procedures, and AED/CPR
What You Bring?

- Proven experience in luxury food service or culinary meal planning—elevated catering and food presentation skills are a must
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and service mindset
- Certification in CPR/AED and thorough knowledge of inflight emergency procedures
- Strong understanding of safe food handling and high-end service etiquette
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including long and irregular schedules
- Must live within a two-hour drive of Bradley International Airport (this is not a commutable role)
- International flight experience required (approximately 70% of flights operate globally)
- Fully current with FlightSafety or Aircare FACTS emergency and medical training prior to hire
