Executive Jet Management (EJM), part of the Berkshire Hathaway family, is seeking an experienced and polished Cabin Attendant to join our team on a brand-new Global 7500 based in Granby, Connecticut. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a 6-pilot operation supported by a dedicated maintenance professional and two full-time cabin attendants, flying primarily Part 91 operations with a focus on long-range, international travel.

What You’ll Be Doing
From the moment you step onboard, you’ll take ownership of the passenger experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing the aircraft before each flight — inspecting safety equipment, stocking provisions, and organizing catering to meet passenger preferences. You’ll coordinate closely with the Pilot in Command, ensuring full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Onboard, you’ll deliver the highest standard of hospitality — greeting passengers, managing meal service with elevated culinary presentation, and ensuring every detail of the cabin is perfect. You’ll conduct safety briefings, secure the cabin before taxi, and be fully prepared to handle any abnormal or emergency situations. Off the aircraft, you’ll be sourcing high-quality catering, maintaining inventories, and ensuring linens, serving ware, and all cabin items are impeccably cared for.
This position requires frequent international travel — roughly 70% of flights will be overseas — so adaptability, cultural awareness, and exceptional organizational skills are a must.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of corporate aviation cabin attendant experience (commercial airline experience will not be considered equivalent)
- Current corporate flight attendant training with FlightSafety or Aircare FACTS, including emergency procedures and first aid
- Formal butler training preferred
- Strong culinary skills, with the ability to plan menus, source premium ingredients, and prepare meals onboard
- Experience with safe food handling and cabin presentation standards
- Proficiency with all aircraft cabin systems, entertainment equipment, and basic troubleshooting
- Must live within two hours of Bradley International Airport — this is not a commutable position
- CPR/AED certified and fully familiar with emergency equipment operation
- Flexibility to work long, irregular hours and manage last-minute schedule changes
- Exceptional communication skills and a discreet, service-focused approach
