Do You Have What It Takes?
We seek individuals who are more than their qualifications—people with a warmth that connects, a resilience that adapts, and a spirit that embraces diversity.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old and hold a minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12).
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued advantage).
- Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Be a natural team player with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
- Be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm.
- Have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates uniform.
- Be able to meet all employment visa requirements for the UAE.
First Impressions Matter: Our Dress Code
We are looking for professionals who embody our brand's elegance. Your presentation should reflect the pride you would take in wearing our uniform.
- For Women: Please wear smart business attire with heels, apply full makeup, and style your hair neatly tied back.
- For Men: A suit or formal business attire with formal shoes is required. Hair should be neatly presented, and faces clean-shaven.

Your Earnings & Lifestyle
You will be joining as a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member. Your monthly salary is competitively structured with multiple components:
- Approximate Total Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (about USD 3,061*)
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours monthly)
- Overseas meal allowances are provided for night stops.
