- If Emirates provided a printed application form in advance (through email or event page), bring it filled out
- Otherwise, you’ll likely fill it during the assessment

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting role, you must meet the following essential requirements:
- Age: Be at least 21 years old at the time training commences.
- Education: Possess a minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience: Have at least one year of proven experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented role, showcasing your dedication to guest satisfaction.
- Physical Requirements: Meet a minimum height requirement of 160 cm and possess the ability to reach 212 cm high, ensuring you can access all necessary equipment onboard.
- Appearance: Have no visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform, maintaining our professional image.
- Visa Requirements: Be able to meet the United Arab Emirates (UAE) employment visa requirements, facilitating your relocation and work in Dubai.
Benefits and Perks
Our benefits package is designed to ensure your well-being and provide an enriching experience:
- Compensation Structure:
- Starting Monthly Salary (Grade II - Economy Class): Your salary structure is comprehensive, comprising a fixed basic salary, hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month.
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per flight hour, typically based on an average of 80–100 hours flown per month.
- Average Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (equivalent to approximately USD 3,061). Please note that these figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class). Meal allowances for night stops are credited to the following month’s salary.
- Travel Privileges:
- Concessional Travel: Enjoy extensive Emirates staff travel benefits as per the Staff Travel Manual, allowing you to explore new destinations beyond your layovers.
- Inter-Airline Agreements: Benefit from additional travel perks on other airlines through our inter-airline agreements and policies, expanding your travel horizons.
- Accommodation & Transport:
- Furnished Housing: Crew members are provided with fully furnished housing at no cost, including utilities such as water and electricity. Accommodation is typically shared with two or three colleagues of the same gender, with each member having a private bedroom while sharing kitchen and living areas. In some three-bedroom apartments, two individuals may share a second bathroom.
- Relocation Flexibility: After successfully completing your probationary period, crew members can request to move to another apartment, subject to availability.
- Security & Visitors: For security purposes, visitors are restricted after 01:00, with the exception of other Emirates crew members. Additionally, up to two family members are permitted to stay for up to 30 days, twice a year.
- Commute Transport: Convenient transportation is provided for your commutes to and from work and the Training College.
- Leave and Development:
- Annual Leave: Crew members receive a generous 30 calendar days of leave per year, allowing for ample rest and personal time.
- Leave Travel: After three years of dedicated service, your annual leave ticket to your country of origin can be exchanged for a ticket to any Emirates destination, offering greater flexibility for your travels.
- Medical and Insurance:
- Worldwide Coverage: Emirates ensures 24-hour worldwide insurance coverage, including comprehensive life and personal accident insurance policies, providing peace of mind.
- Healthcare: Cabin Crew members receive comprehensive medical and dental care at designated Emirates Clinics.
- End of Service Benefit (EOSB): A non-contributory End of Service Benefit (EOSB) is awarded as a lump sum upon the successful completion of your contract, calculated based on your salary scale, providing a valuable financial benefit.
