This is a full-time, non-rotational position suited to a highly professional individual who is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining the highest standards of onboard presentation.
This is not a commutable position—relocation to Hanoi is required. The successful candidate will play an essential role in creating outstanding inflight experiences for passengers while ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout every journey.

Your Role: Craft Unforgettable Journeys
As a VIP Flight Attendant, you will be the face of hospitality onboard, responsible for every aspect of the cabin experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Passenger Safety and Comfort: Maintain the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of passengers throughout the flight. Take a proactive approach to managing all aspects of the cabin and responding effectively to passenger needs
- Delivering an Exceptional VIP Cabin Experience: Provide a warm, polished, and highly personalized service experience. Create a professional and welcoming onboard environment aligned with the highest standards of private aviation
- Managing Dining and Meal Service: Curate and deliver an extraordinary dining experience, including menu planning, catering coordination, meal preparation, and the professional execution of inflight service. A strong understanding of high-quality meal and silver service is essential
- Maintaining Cabin and Galley Readiness: Organize and manage the cabin and galley, ensuring all areas are clean, well-presented, fully prepared, and maintained to a consistently high standard before, during, and after each flight
- Supporting Passengers Before and After Flights: Provide assistance to passengers before and after flights whenever necessary, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the entire journey
- Operating with Professionalism and Flexibility: Work independently, adjust to changing situations, and cooperate effectively as part of a team. Composure under pressure, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic are essential
Who You Are?
The ideal candidate brings a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with the demands of this prestigious role:
- Experienced in Corporate Aviation Service: You have an established career as a Flight Attendant, including a minimum of two years' experience in corporate aviation. Previous experience operating in Asia or the Far East would be considered advantageous
- Service-Oriented and Highly Professional: You demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and a polished professional image. A warm, engaging demeanour and a genuine passion for creating outstanding inflight experiences are essential
- Skilled in Premium Meal Service: You have strong experience in meal service and are certified in silver service techniques. The ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver refined dining experiences is a key part of the role
- Fluent and Effective Communicator: Fluency in English is essential. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable interacting with passengers from a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Independent and Adaptable: You can take ownership of cabin responsibilities, work independently, and maintain consistently high standards in a dynamic operating environment
- Calm, Reliable, and Team-Oriented: You remain composed under pressure and demonstrate a positive attitude, robust work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and operational teams
What We Offer?

- Full-Time, Non-Rotational Position: This is a permanent full-time role based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Relocation to Hanoi is required
- Competitive Monthly Salary: The position offers a monthly salary of USD 4,000. There may be flexibility to adjust the offer based on experience and overall suitability, subject to reasonable limits and mutual agreement
- Annual Leave: Five weeks of annual leave to rest and recharge
- Time Off: Seven days off per month
- Annual E-Tickets: Two round-trip e-tickets per year between the operational base and your home country
