This is a full-time, non-rotational opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys delivering refined service and ensuring every detail of the inflight experience runs flawlessly. The role requires residency in Hanoi, and while it is not commutable, the company warmly welcomes candidates who are ready and willing to relocate.
What the Role Involves?
In this role, you will take ownership of the inflight cabin experience from the moment guests arrive until the end of their journey. You'll ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere onboard, oversee the full setup and organization of both the cabin and galley, and anticipate passenger needs with a proactive and calm approach. Your responsibilities will include managing inflight safety procedures, delivering a beautifully curated dining experience—complete with menu planning and thoughtful meal presentation—and assisting passengers before and after each flight to make their travel seamless and comfortable.
The position calls for someone who is resourceful, composed, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cabin tasks without compromising service quality.
What You Bring?
To succeed in this role, you should have a well-established background in private or corporate aviation, with at least two years of hands-on experience working with VIP clients. Strong customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to execute elegant meal service to a luxury standard. Certification in silver service is required, and fluency in English will be crucial for day-to-day operations and communication. Prior experience working in Asia or the broader Far East region is considered a valuable advantage, as it will help you adapt quickly to this multicultural environment.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a monthly salary of USD 4,000, with some flexibility depending on your experience and the overall fit for the role. The final offer may be adjusted within a reasonable range through mutual agreement. You will receive five weeks of annual leave each year, along with two round-trip e-tickets annually from the operations base to your home country.
