Your Responsibilities: Lead, Develop, and Elevate Cabin Services
As Head of Cabin Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our cabin operations reflect the GLOCK commitment to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, developing, and motivating the Cabin Crew—fostering a high-performing, engaged team
- Further developing service, quality, and safety standards—ensuring we remain at the forefront of business aviation excellence
- Planning and overseeing training and professional development—investing in the growth of our team members
- Optimizing processes and creating and maintaining standards and manuals—ensuring operational consistency and excellence
- Taking responsibility for catering management and cabin-related operations—delivering a premium experience for discerning passengers
- Working closely with Crew Training, Crew Control, Dispatch, Sales, and other departments—collaborating across functions to ensure seamless operations
- Contributing to recruitment, employee development, and quality management—building and sustaining a world-class team
What You'll Bring to the Role?
To succeed in this leadership position, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
- Several years of experience in business aviation, ideally with leadership experience—you understand the nuances of the industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills—you inspire and guide your team effectively
- High level of customer service orientation, discretion, and professional demeanor—you represent GLOCK with integrity
- Strong decision-making skills, assertiveness, and diplomatic ability—you navigate complex situations with confidence
- Very good written and spoken German and English—you communicate fluently in both languages
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Crew Resource Management—you're comfortable with the tools and concepts of modern aviation management
- Education or degree in aviation, hospitality, tourism, or business is an advantage—relevant academic background is a plus
