    The Role

    As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Aer Lingus, welcoming our guests on both short-haul European routes and long-haul transatlantic services. This role is about far more than delivering meals and refreshments — it’s about ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of every passenger while creating a warm and memorable inflight experience.

    What You’ll Be Doing?

    • Safety First: Carry out your responsibilities in line with Aer Lingus’ operations manuals and aviation regulations, ensuring passenger safety remains your number one priority.
    • Customer Care: Deliver exceptional service, from serving meals and beverages to assisting with special requests, dietary requirements, and duty-free shopping.
    • Problem Solving: Respond to customer queries and calmly manage any issues that arise during the journey.
    • Teamwork: Work closely with your fellow crew and flight deck colleagues to keep each flight running smoothly and professionally.

    What We’re Looking For?

    We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, safety, and service. To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18 and eligible to live and work in Ireland without restriction
    • Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
    • At least 12 months of customer service or sales experience, ideally face-to-face
    • Valid passport with unrestricted worldwide travel rights and ability to obtain US entry visas
    • Professional appearance and adherence to Aer Lingus’ uniform standards (tattoos and piercings must not be visible)
    • Ability to meet height and reach requirements for our aircraft types
    • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays
    • Ability to pass airport security vetting, background checks, and provide two references
    • A police disclosure certificate is required for non-Irish citizens or anyone who has lived outside Ireland for six months or more.
