We’re looking for an Inflight Service Co-ordinator to join our Charter and Cabin Service Delivery Team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves crafting unforgettable travel experiences for VIP clients. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every Broadsword flight reflects the highest standards of style and care.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating every detail of the onboard experience — from inflight catering to bespoke service requests. Working closely with clients, brokers, and crew, you’ll turn unique preferences into seamless, elegant journeys. Your day will involve sourcing catering from trusted suppliers, communicating client expectations to the operating crew, and ensuring every item and detail is ready before takeoff.
This role is perfect for someone who blends logistical skill with creativity — someone who can juggle flight schedules, budgets, and suppliers while never losing sight of the personal touches that define a true VIP experience.
What We’re Looking For?

- Confident decision-maker who can prioritise effectively in a changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

You’ll also be expected to plan efficiently — selecting the best locations to load and unload catering and coordinating with ground teams to ensure the right aircraft receives everything needed for flawless service delivery.
Preferred Experience
Experience as cabin crew, particularly in VIP or charter operations, is highly desirable — but not essential. We’re equally open to candidates from hospitality, logistics, or customer service backgrounds who demonstrate initiative, commitment, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
