Key Responsibilities
As an Inflight Service Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will be diverse and crucial to the success of our VIP charter flights. Your key contributions will include:
- Catering & Service Planning: Taking full responsibility for organizing all inflight catering, in addition to managing bespoke client service delivery requests for our VIP private charter operation.
- Supplier & Client Liaison: Sourcing and maintaining effective communication with external catering suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will also liaise directly with brokers and clients to ascertain their desired service levels and specific preferences.
- Crew Communication: Clearly and comprehensively communicating all elements of service delivery to the operating crew, ensuring they are fully prepared to execute the planned service flawlessly.
- Logistical Efficiency: Planning the most efficient and cost-effective locations for loading and unloading catering, while simultaneously ensuring the correct aircraft is equipped with all client-requested items, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing creatively with a desire to succeed and continuously improve 2Excel Broadsword’s service delivery offering, always seeking innovative ways to enhance the client experience.

Requirements
We are seeking a professional who is not only highly skilled but also possesses a genuine passion for service and a meticulous approach to their work. The ideal candidate should be:
- Adaptable & Flexible: Highly flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving within a fast-paced and ever-changing planning environment, responding effectively to evolving demands.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptionally organized with an acute eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of service coordination.
- Communication Excellence: Able to communicate effectively and professionally with both external providers and VIP clients, building and maintaining important working relationships. This includes demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player & Autonomous: Capable of working autonomously while also being an effective team player, contributing positively to a collaborative environment with a passion for exceptional service delivery.
- IT Proficient: Demonstrating strong IT proficiency, with a good working knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Desirable Experience
While not essential, the following experience would be highly advantageous and will be viewed favorably:
- Aviation Background: Previous experience as an ex-cabin crew member with experience in operating charter flights, or experience within a charter flight planning environment. Full training will be provided, and those without previous experience will still be considered, provided they possess a strong work ethic and an excellent capability to retain information.
