Your Next Chapter in the Sky: Join Our Elite Cabin Team in New Castle, DE

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking for a dedicated and polished Cabin Attendant to join a prestigious private flight operation. This role is based with a Praetor 600 aircraft at Wilmington Airport (KILG) in Delaware, serving a discerning clientele. If you are a certified professional who takes pride in delivering seamless, five-star service and values being an integral part of a close-knit crew, we invite you to explore this exceptional opportunity.

This is a dedicated position supporting a 3-pilot team, managing a sophisticated mix of private owner flights (Part 91) and retail charter trips (Part 135). To ensure the highest level of readiness and coordination, this is not a commutable role. We seek a candidate who lives—or is willing to relocate—within a two-hour drive of ILG, with relocation assistance available for the right individual.

In this role, you are the heart of the passenger experience, responsible for crafting a first-class environment from pre-flight to post-flight. You'll work with autonomy and precision, ensuring every journey reflects the utmost standards of safety, discretion, and personalized hospitality.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Meticulously coordinating all pre-flight preparations, from cabin readiness and emergency equipment checks to provisioning and catering.
    • Providing the highest level of customer service by warmly greeting passengers, attending to their needs, preparing meals, and maintaining an impeccably orderly cabin.
    • Working closely with the Pilot in Command to ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, conducting passenger briefings, and securing the cabin for taxi, takeoff, and landing.
    • Upholding our renowned standards by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and our Safety Management System (SMS).

What You Bring to Our Crew?

We're looking for a professional who combines formal training with a genuine passion for service. The ideal candidate brings more than just skills—they bring the right attitude and dedication.

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 21 years of age.
    • Completion of a recognized Cabin Attendant training program (Aircare FACTS or Flight Safety International) within the past year.
    • Current certification in CPR/AED.
    • Proven customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills.
    • A flexible schedule, willing to work irregular and long hours to meet flight demands.
    • Ability to meet and successfully complete the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
    • A commitment to living within a two-hour drive of Wilmington, DE (KILG).

What Will Make You Stand Out

    • Direct corporate cabin attendant experience.
    • A background in fine dining, culinary arts, or meal planning.
