Based in Hamburg, you'll serve aboard our large-cabin fleet, taking full ownership of the inflight experience. As a Cabin Service Representative, your focus is twofold: safety and service. You'll ensure every flight feels seamless, comfortable, and personal. That means preparing the cabin to the highest standard, delivering hospitality that rivals the finest hotels, and handling each interaction with warmth and discretion. You'll also play a key role in shaping our culture—bringing your ideas and ambition to a team that genuinely listens and values feedback.
What You Bring to the Cabin?
We're looking for individuals who combine professional experience with the right mindset. You don't need to be a seasoned flight attendant, but you do need to understand what makes demanding travelers feel genuinely cared for.
Professional Background:
- Experience delivering exceptional service to discerning clients, ideally in private aviation, first-class commercial aviation, or high-end hospitality (luxury hotels, fine dining, yachting, or similar)
- Fluent English is essential. Professional working German is strongly preferred. Any additional languages are a welcome advantage

Practical Requirements:
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts—this is the nature of private aviation
- An unrestricted EU passport or the legal right to live and work in the EU
- A valid ZÜP (reliability check) in accordance with §7 LuftSiG
- A valid driving license
