Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Cabin Crew Manager to lead our growing team in Dammam. This is a key leadership role that goes beyond day-to-day operations — it’s about shaping the inflight experience, guiding our crew, and ensuring every journey reflects the values and safety standards Air Arabia is known for across our network.
About the Role
As Cabin Crew Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cabin services across the hub, ensuring our crew deliver the highest levels of safety, service, and efficiency. From managing performance and compliance to developing talent and driving engagement, you’ll play a central role in creating a motivated, well-prepared, and professional team that embodies Air Arabia’s corporate image.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Overseeing daily cabin services in Dammam, ensuring strict compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring crew performance through onboard checks, evaluations, and continuous coaching to help them meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Upholding grooming and appearance standards, ensuring crew present themselves in line with Air Arabia’s image.
- Leading crew engagement initiatives, supporting their welfare, and ensuring they have access to the right resources.
- Partnering with HR in crew recruitment, selection, and mobility, while supporting planning teams with effective manpower allocation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Training, IT, Inflight Services, and more to address promotions, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and crew development.
- Driving efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities, maximizing onboard sales, and improving overall passenger satisfaction.
- Supporting safety and security initiatives, ensuring all regulations are understood and implemented, while reporting incidents and corrective measures.
- Conducting audits, onboard checks, and investigations to ensure quality, minimize losses, and maintain smooth operations.
- Leading by example, providing guidance, career development, and creating a positive, performance-driven culture for your team.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the airline industry, with at least 4 years in a senior or supervisory onboard role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of cabin operations, safety regulations, and inflight service standards.
- A proactive, people-focused leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Diploma/Higher Secondary Certificate required; Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals.
