We’re now looking for a Manager Cabin Crew to join our Cabin Services team in Doha—a leadership role designed for aviation professionals who are passionate about people, performance, and excellence in the sky.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll lead a team of Performance Managers and oversee the development, evaluation, and performance of our Cabin Crew community. This is not just about managing operations—it’s about inspiring a team of professionals, ensuring consistency in inflight safety and service, and driving initiatives that reflect our brand promise of Excellence in Everything We Do.
You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, guiding decisions on training, service enhancements, and crew performance management, all while creating an environment where our Cabin Crew can thrive and grow in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Performance Managers to ensure Cabin Crew maintain the highest safety and service standards onboard.
- Oversee Cabin Crew performance, providing coaching and guidance to help them meet KPIs and achieve professional growth.
- Ensure inflight decorum, customer experience, and safety align with Qatar Airways’ world-class reputation.
- Support the design and implementation of service enhancements and safety procedures that align with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop new learning opportunities, and strengthen workforce capability.
- Play an active role in recruitment strategy and the selection of new Cabin Crew members.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure expectations are met across the team.
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 8–9 years in a supervisory role within Cabin Services, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Background in Public Relations, Performance Management, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew Performance Manager or as Cabin Crew in a legacy airline is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with proven ability to mentor, coach, and inspire.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex situations calmly and decisively.
- Professional communication skills, with fluency in English.
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Doha, Qatar.
