Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Compliance:
- Partner with pilots to uphold the highest safety standards throughout all phases of flight.
- Execute cabin safety and emergency procedures with precision, keeping the flight deck informed of any irregularities.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of the cabin, galley, and emergency equipment.
- Service Excellence:
- Deliver silver-service catering tailored to passenger preferences, reflecting Luxaviation’s commitment to luxury.
- Maintain impeccable cabin presentation, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Anticipate passenger needs with discretion and professionalism, creating seamless and personalized journeys.
- Operational Excellence:
- Complete all operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage aircraft inventory, including passenger amenities and catering supplies.
- Ensure personal documentation (passport, visas, medical certifications) remains current and valid.
Operational Details:
- This position requires compliance with Flight and Duty guidelines, including flexibility for irregular hours and international travel.
- Based in Sydney, with opportunities to operate on a global scale.
Who You Are?
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate aviation or ultra-luxury hospitality (yachting, five-star hotels, or fine dining).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an innate understanding of VIP etiquette and protocol.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting Luxaviation’s brand standards.
- Resilience and adaptability to work flexible hours, including extended periods away from home.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with aviation documentation.
