Based right here in Guernsey, our Cabin Crew do much more than serve drinks and smiles. You'll be a trusted safety professional, a warm and welcoming brand ambassador, and a familiar face that passengers—whether local or visiting—feel good to see when they step on board.

You'll become part of a small, highly trained, and supportive team. We fly across a growing network, and on every journey, you'll help keep passengers safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Safety and security come first:
- You'll follow all CAA regulations and Aurigny safety procedures with care and precision
- From pre-flight briefings to onboard checks, you'll take full ownership of cabin safety
- Should an unusual or emergency situation arise, you'll respond calmly, clearly, and effectively
Creating a great experience for every passenger:
- You'll make sure each person feels seen, welcomed, and looked after—whether they're a regular commuter or a first-time flyer
- Families, unaccompanied minors, nervous travelers, or those needing extra support will rely on your patience and kindness
- When challenges come up, you'll handle them professionally, with confidence and genuine empathy
Onboard service with a professional touch:
- You'll offer food, drinks, and duty-free items to a consistently high standard
- Promoting our onboard products is part of the role, and you'll do it naturally and helpfully
- You'll handle sales and stock accurately, without fuss
Teamwork and representing Aurigny:
- You'll work closely with the flight deck and your fellow cabin crew as one united team
- As a visible role model for our brand and values, you'll take pride in your uniform, your conduct, and your attitude
